  • One way of me finding my determination again, is to track my food & water. So..here goes nothing.

    Hope you all join me...

    I am insulin resistant & borderline diabetic. I restrict high carbs.

    Wednesday:
    large coffee
    2 eggs with cheese and bacon
    32 oz water

    32 oz water
    ham & cheese on Wheat
    bannana bread

    32 oz warer
    chicekn soup
    32 oz water

  • Breakfast: Meatless breakfast patty
    onion bagel w/ff cream cheese
    2 cups coffee w/flavored creamer
    a donut

    a snack size bag of Fritos
    a grapefruit

    4 Harvest Bakery crackers

    (am drinking my 64 oz bottle of water, too, guzzling through out the day, not sure where to put that?)

    Lunch: 1 can Italian Wedding soup (i like my homemade version better)
    4 ff Ry Krisp crackers
    1 red pear
    1 can LaCroix (wild cherry)

    Mom has invited me over for roast beef sammiches for dindin, so I will add to this tomorrow.
  • ooooo, you guys are so good. I need this food accountability too. I'm so glad I found this board.

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup egg beaters scrambled with asparagus, onions and 1 thin slice of ham deli meat and about a tblsp of cheese. 1 small orange. 1 mini bagel.

    Lunch: 1 c. pasta with meat sauce, big salad with about 1T. lite dressing, slice of watermelon.

    Snack: celery sticks and carrot sticks with about 2T. lite dressing




    water: 3 glasses
  • Lunch: Vegtable soup
    Dinner: red thia curry and steamed rice.
    3 coffees during the day
    only 1 glass water

  • Wednesday

    1 bowl of cereal w/milk

    cup ham/bean soup/cracker
    egg/olive sandwich on rye toast
    chips = small portion (lunch out w/friend - dangerous)

    about four/five cups cooked veggies
    3 small chunks Italian bread
    1/2 cup lt ice cream

    about 100 cal candy corn

    2 Viactivs

    met min fluid but I do better w/more

  • Today I have eaten:

    1.5 raisin bagle
    1 turkey sub on wheat
    40oz. water
  • Thursday

    1 bowl oatmeal w/milk

    1/2 rye bagel with RF peanut butter
    1/2 pear
    1/2 cup lite ice cream

    5 pretzels

    1piece chicken breast
    green beans
    2 small slices Italian bread
    diet Jello

    3 candy pumpkins - 65 cal.
  • lunch tomatoe and pasta soup
    dinner steak and vege's
  • Friday

    Slimfast

    veggie lasagna
    4oz yogurt

    5 pretzels

    bologna sandwich
    3/4 cup lite ice cream

    3 pumpkin candies
