    Me: 205, down half a pound from last week. Or in other words, not nearly enough.
  • 232, down 1.5 lbs. from last week.
  • 235.8, down 2.8 from last week.
  • 78.8 kg, down 1 kg from last week
  • 191.1. I weigh daily so I don't know how much I lost in a week but I know I'm headed in the right direction.
  • 85 kg down 1,2 kg from last week
  • 226 today, same as I've been for the last 3 days or so! But I'm still okay with that... It's 3 pounds less than I weighed a week ago on the 10th!
  • 202, down 6 lbs from last week

  • well I've been in the low 180's for like 4 months, just stayed the same, I guess its better than gaining, I think weighing in is very important, don't want to get on the scale in a month and see a big gain! What do I need to do? Uhh, eat less, and track, that will be my goal for this week, I actually get quite a lot of movement with my work, and we just got a professional cybex machine. My next Dr. appointment is 9/24, can I reach 179 by then? I also don't want to go on cholesterol medication and I hate the blood pressure medication, so time to get back on the wagon!

  • 280. which is great, since I had gained a few pounds back. And I'm on TOM. So maybe I'll get a whoosh moment next week?
  • 254 this week i don't know how much i am down i weigh in every morning but 1 pound down since yesterday.
  • Ok, sorry to post again, but here's my weight, 182,4, as of today, I gained a total of almost 30 pounds back in a year and a half, and am 5 pounds heavier than when I started, I guess it could be worse. So I am setting a small goal for this week, tracking, maybe I need to smart on a smaller scale and not make huge commitments to myself. My mini goal will be to try and get to 179, okay I'm off to my daily plate.
