Hi,
Ok I am back I joined in 2008 and things happened and I didn't continue.I am so ready now to get things going.I am 210 lbs the biggest I have ever been (other then being pregnat)I have sat around 198 most of the last 15 years.I don't think I have a ton of bad habits(could be wrong),I have a weight training machine and I have a punching bag we just got.I need support and help I would love to have someone who is serious and motivated to do this with me.
I don't know where to start.

But do some research, review the "lifestyle" plans out there and see which one you would feel most comfortable with! I call them "lifestyle" plans b/c you must change your lifestyle. A diet is temporary, and many have fallen victim to going back to old habits after reaching goal.
