Hi, I'm new

  • Hello,

    Tomorrow is the first day I'm changing to a healthier way of life. I have alot of weight to lose and I've made up my mind and feel that Medifast is the best way for me. I work a busy job and really don't have time to prepare meals so this is convienent for me.

  • Good for you! I started Medifast 10 weeks ago and I've lost 32 pounds so far. I went from 179 to 147. I still have 22 pounds to go, but I'm truly excited about the results so far. I'm busy too and the packaged meals are awesome! I don't have to think about them. I set the alarm on my phone to play a quick song every 2-1/2 hours to remind me to eat. This has been so easy.   • This is an AWESOME program. I lost 40 lbs on it and really it changed my life. Can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you're cooking for family, but I found Stacey Hawkins online and her stuff is great. She's got tons of Lean and Green recipes that are family friendly.

    I'm sure your health coach talked to you about it, but make sure SURE you drink all the water... without it your GI system will NOT be happy with you (back-up, lol.)

  • I love it too. When I stay on plan I feel really great and the weight pretty much falls off. Good luck!
