hello.. I am new on here and trying to get any secret tips for body for life.. i did it once before and did well..until i jump on the scales (wrong thing to do) I was down 3 size and up 4 pounds...foolishly i stopped.. I am 5'2.. 158.. 38% body fat.. yuk...on my second week of BFL.... i have the book..the audio tape.. energy magazine.. muscle media magazine.. but really need a buddy to keep me going...I have been reading everyones post and finally decided to be brave and introduce myself.. so hello everyone..
Welcome, Lakota! Now you know to get rid of that scale! Easier said than done, I know. Down 3 sizes was great progress, tho. Please join us on our main thread. That's where we all congregate to share tips. motivations, complain, and answer each others' questions about this way of life.
