My ticker will not post ( says Invalid file) whats up with this?

I cant even figure out where to get a ticker. Lol. Help.

Lilla, you have to be here 20 days and have 20 posts before you can get one. It's to stop spammers from spewing their garbage all over the forum.

Yes, I just found this out too. You have to be a member for 20 days and do 20 posts. I am finding this site a little confusing to navigate.

I totally clicked on this post thinking it was about heart problems. Glad it's not! hahahahaha!
