Does anyone have the membership to the south beach website? My mom is doing it but it's extra money to get access to the exercise videos. I was poking around Youtube to see if there were any videos but there's only small clips of course. Has anyone tried them?

Too expensive and not worth it to me.

Why pay for the same thing you can get here for free?

As for exercise videos, I'm sure you can pick some up very inexpensively at yard sales and thrift shops.
