I won't get discouraged, ****, I'd be happy to lose 50 pounds, just getting tired of the weight, been overweight most of my life and about a week ago I looked in the mirror and I truly seen how big I was. It's sad that after all this time I just NOW noticed how big I was. I bought a treadmill and started walking for 15 minutes on the highest incline going 2mph twice a day, then went up to 2.5mph fast walking on the highest incline for 20 minutes twice a day. I certainly feel good, my legs don't hurt any longer, but been reading online a lot that only walking doesn't really help you lose weight, but it's mostly for maintaning once you've reached your goal weight so I was just confused and wondering if what I was doing was right.
