Hi all.
angel-eyes, April, and Karen - Happy Thanksgiving. Hope you all are enjoying, or have enjoyed, your feasts.
angel-eyes - Congrats on your loss. That's especially terrific in the midst of TOM.
April - Congrats on your loss too!
Karen - How'd the cheesecake turn out?
I don't envy any of you doing the cooking. I absolutely hate cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Seems like everything has to be mashed, sliced, whatever all at the same time. Too much pressure. I much prefer doing Christmas dinner (roast pork, not turkey) or Easter.
I had a decent weekend. At the zoo I managed to stick to a grilled chicken sandwich. We did a lot of walking, of course, but it wasn't very aerobic. We had dinner at an Italian supper club, where I did less well. But I wrote it all down. The rest of the weekend I didn't journal but I think I did better than I usually do. Back to journaling and water and fruits and veggies, etc. today. I'm going to suit up for the bike as soon as I'm done here so I can get that in.
Have a great day all.
Carla
