  • This weekend was totally off for me. I did eat my veggies and I must have gotten exercise running after Chris, cause I'm sore! I didn't weigh myself this morning, so I don't know how much damage I've done.
  • I am also not weighing in today since yesterday we ate our Thanksgiving dinner and I don't even want to know how many carbs I ate!
  • So far today, very good !
    Need more water though.

    CAN'T COMPLAIN

  • Checking in with the weekend results:

  • Jenny, fill me in on your "Boot Slipper Sock" camp please.
  • Adoannie,

Sue started an October challenge called boot camp, some felt they were not the military types so we softened it to Boot Slipper Sock Camp.

I hope I am capturing Sue's intentions, the camp is a way for us to be accountable for our lifestyle during the month of October. We set goals, not just weight loss goals but goals that included pampering and taking care of ourselves.

I personally set up goals to exercise 6 days a week, eat op, drink my water, use a journal, keep my home clean, and to do one special "me" thing each week. I also included the idea that I will not beat myself up for falling off the wagon.

We are posting a daily accountability thread to remind us of our goals.

Please join us, I am so glad you are back!
