I'm so sorry you are feeling this way!

Listen, that "all or nothing" thing has been standing in my way FOREVER! I was either being PERFECT or I threw in the towel and said the heck with it. 3 or 4 days of binging does NOT ruin a weight loss plan. There's only so much you can gain in that amount of time. What ruins your plan is that thinking "Well, I already messed up, what's the use?" I have had 3-4 day binges turn into a couple-year binge -- and THAT is why I am still fat. The biggest goal I have in this journey right now is NOT giving up, no matter how badly I mess up. I have found that it's much easier to STAY on plan than to get BACK on plan, and I know if I have a big binge it's going to be HARD to get back to my plan, so I have learned to keep those binges to a minimum. Just through trial and error, and forcing myself to keep my eyes on the prize.
Seeing your avatar, you have already lost an incredible amount of weight, so YES, you do know how to do it. I'm sure you feel a lot better at 325 than you did at 380. Every little bit helps. That's another thing I keep myself conscious of this time. I may have a heck of a lot to lose, and it's overwhelming, really. But if I lose 10 pounds, I will feel a little bit better. I can do 10 pounds.
I don't know what is going on with that relationship you're talking about, but I'm sure you don't need us to tell you that anyone who tells you they will leave if you don't lose 150 lbs immediately is really better off gone!!!

I really can't imagine wanting someone who is THAT destructive to my self-worth to be in my life. I would have to tell that person that either you like me for me and are willing to go the distance with me, or you don't. Pressure like that is not going to help you stay motivated, I guarantee it.
Finally, this is no endorsement, because it is not for me. But there are a few girls at work who have had amazing results with a doctor-supervised liquid diet. If you insist on doing something drastic, you need to work closely with a doctor and do some hard work understanding your relationship with food. Otherwise you will blink your eyes and be almost 40 like me and fatter than ever.
I can't stand to see someone so young and with the best years of her life ahead of her feeling the way you do. Please make some changes in your frame of mind and your relationships so that you can enjoy life! We only get one!
