So today is day 12 of phase 1 and I am doing/feeling great! However, big weekend coming up on the 13th as it is girls weekend away. Weekend full of fun on the lake but we will be spending alot of time at the local pubs. I simply can't undo what I have been working on but I don't want to be the party pooper either! I can stay away from beer and not really a fan of wine but are there other drinks I could have since I will be on phase 2 by then? What about rum and diet coke? How many? Any ideas chickies???





and congratulations on completing (in a day and a half) a clean Phase 1!
I usually drink wine but order a glass of wine and a glass of seltzer. I like having something to sip and the seltzer helps me limit the wine, if that makes sense. Make sure there are SBD safe nibbles around all weekend so you don't find yourself straying to the chips with your drink.
