    No housecleaning, just baking a cake for a celebration at work, I did not lick the beaters!

    Ate 100% OP except for a piece of leftover B-Day cake. Now it's gone and no more temptations come into this house!

    Weight lifting done in the morning

    Drank 100% of my water/cranwater

    Started my journal, now i need to start entering things on Fitday. It helps to see the final numbers for the day.

  • I'm here! I'm going to call my doc today to find out my numbers for my day 3 bloodwork and I ate strictly OP again yesterday. Today had a coffee thus far and I'm on my way! Now to get that exercise portion in--TONS of serious cleaning to do!

    I got my LH numbers back from my day 3 bloods--just a measley ole 9!!!!!!!!!! A great improvement from the 28 I had on the same day last cycle! THANK YOU DR. ATKINS!!!!
