I like baby carrots, broccoli, and thin-sliced cucumber. It's like I'm tricking my body into thinking I'm having a before-dinner snack (gasp!) but really I'm getting my veggies in!
You could also try green peppers, cauliflower, celery, etc. - maybe with a little light dressing to make them more palatable if you like.Anyway, it works for me - here's hoping maybe some others will give it a try and find that it helps!
