We need one of these threads! I noticed it in another forum and it helped me reach my weekly goal simply by telling people that I was going to do it. We can have one of these threads every week, as a place to write down what we are doing for our health, weight loss goals, etc. for the entire week.
I plan to work out 4 times and hopefully keep my calories under 1500 a day!
