Lo Carb: Goals for 10/07

  • Well another week offers another opportunity to get back on track!

    My goals for this week are:

    1. To drink 4 quarts of water daily

    2. To monitor portions, stay lo carb

    3. Work out for 1 hour, 3 times this week

    Well I can't make it any simpler than that.

    Anyone else in?

    Lo carber, lurkers?

  • Hey all, well most of the day went well, until dinner time.
    DIdn't work out though.

    Dinner was bad!!
  • My goals are this week are


    Walk/run 15 miles this week

    Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily

    Crunches at least 3 times this week

    weight train 3 times this week

    Get back to eating better...no snacking...no cheating....

    So far I have done 2.5 miles

    water has been a bust

    no crunches, 1 strength training,

    I have been eating like a pig...
