  • I ran my first 5K this morning with an unofficial time of 46:30!

I ran the first mile, did run/walk intervals the second mile, and ran
the third mile. I've only completed W4 of C25K (over a period of 6 weeks) with no previous running experience at all.

It was pretty freakin' amazing! I think it was the biggest accomplishment of my life. I feel like I've slain a dragon or something!

  • WOO HOO!! Way to go!!!

I hope to follow in your footsteps soon Looking at signing up for one in the fall - no time before then.

    Congratulations!!

  • Rochester-Way to Go! It does feel good to accomplish something that big! Keep up the hard work!
