Summer Weight Loss... I'm in the Right Path!!

    This month with the humidty,heatwave that we been getting, is making my efforts good and build my motivation to continue. I am a daily weigher and am losing and counting those melting Lbs for good!!

    Since July 4th, am down 22 Lbs!!!390 from 412. and most of all, TOM came as well, naturally!! Missed 2 months and had to do something. So I am headed on the right path and feel so good that am losing and dancing with good ole Richard!!

    I love Richard...I can't help it. I laugh while working out cause he just cracks me up! You are doing awesome! Keep up the great work. It feels good on this path doesn't it!??!!??
