  • MONDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 50:53 today. Not too bad considering I was pooped upon waking up today and surely could of crawled back in to bed.
  • TUESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 53:04, slower today, knee gave me some trouble and was in pain more than half the way home. Old age setting in, I guess
  • Monday- Walked at the campground.

    Tuesday- Walked on my treadmill.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Took it easy on my knee today and walked 98% of my 4.5 miles. Took me forever, 59 minutes flat.
  • Wednesday- Walked on my treadmill...
  • FRIDAY
    Got in those 4.5 miles in 50:58
  • Thursday- Walked at the campground

    Friday- Walked at the campground.
  • SUNDAY
    Got a late start today, but managed to get in my 4.5 miles in 50:23 and finish the week off right


    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles
