  • Today I am doing Walk Away Your Waistline, 2 miles with the walk belt.

    Normally I walk outside in the a.m. but time got away from me and it is already HOT out. Best to stay indoors and walk with Leslie
  • Is it already July? Can't believe it! I did the 2 mile High Energy Burn w/ weights this morning.
  • 2 mile fat Burn (this has boosted walking), resistance bands while watching the rain. I great way to start the day.
  • CATHY-Leslie has a Facebook page and I posted the question about the 2 mile Boot Camp there. Don't know if it will get us anywhere, but worth the effort I guess.

    Yep Karen it really is a great way to start the day. I am glad every day that I put out the effort to walk. This is the first time in my life I have done regular exercise and I can say this: I wish I had started sooner. But, better late than never!
  • Hello everyone! I did the 3 mile Boot Camp w/ bands today. Did an abbreviated cool-down and stretch, I was running late!
  • 2 mile fAt burn, resistance bands, watching the rain and joggers go by
  • I did the walk away the pounds express 3 fat burning miles with resistance band.
  • I willl be traveling for the next couple of weeks. As is my custom, I will take advantage of any exercise equipment where we are staying. We will also be outside a lot, hiking trails, site seeing. Exercise in a different form.

    P.S. Annie - thanks for asking on the boards about a 2 mile bootcamp. that would be great!
  • Hola! I didn't do any formal exercise over the weekend! So back to the 3 mile Boot Camp w/ bands this morning. Felt good!
