I am new to 3fat chicks, but have been eating on the beach since April 19th. DH has lost 25 lbs. and I am down 15 lbs. Loving this new way of eating

I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. I'm really happy on SBD even after a year! My DH doesn't need to lose weight, but he's sure gotten healthier! I like that we are able to eat the same thing.
