Welcome to Monday :grumbles:
I'm still in a benadryl haze. I developed this weird allergic reaction to misquito bites last summer (apparently my grandmother had this as well so it has to be hereditary). Last summer was worse by far, but they tend to get big and red more so than normal and they itch sooooo bad. Me being a big dummy didn't use any bug spray on Saturday at the cookout so I was eaten up and I took benadryl last night hoping it would keep me from waking up in the middle of the night. Needless to say I woke up once and now I'm groggy as all get out.
I have a busy, busy week ahead of me but am so excited for vacation. Now, if I could just get to 179 before I leave...
The scale was back up to 182.4 this morning, but I think it's because I had a lot of sodium in my dinner last night.
So here is to another POSITIVE, ON PLAN week. We can do this ladies!!!

That sucks. I broke mine last summer and learned to exercise without it...it was tough, but it's nice to know now that I don't have that excuse in my back pocket to get out of exercising if I forget my music.



I know that hurts :C I just went through that in January. And for as much as it hurts it can help you to move on and realize you deserve the absolute best. I hope you feel better!
