I'm kinda done with the weight loss portion for this journey, I'll probably lose another 8lbs or so, and I can't tell quite yet, but I think I have more fat then I'd like. How do I burn fat without losing more weight? Do I just keep strength training? How long should it take? I've been strength training for 8 weeks and lost a good amount of inches and about 10-12 lbs, but now that I don't want to lose more weight I'm a little confused how this works. I guess I'm getting to the point where I'm kinda skinny fat. Do I just stay the course and keep lifting? Is there something else I should be doing to strictly burn fat? I do 60 mins of cardio 5xs a weeks and 60 mins of strength training 2xs a weeks and sometimes do some abs on my cardio days. I'm wondering if my intensity is high enough on my strength training to produce the results I'm looking for. I guess this is just new territory to me, losing fat as opposed to weight. Any help?
my friend has always been naturally thin, but was kind of flabby and wanted to tone up. she worked through p90x and the insanity program, she lost maybe lost 2 pounds but toned up like crazy.

Take a look at "the New Rules of Lifting for Women" or stumptuous.com.
"Tone" is muscle. To build muscle you have to lift heavy enough to really stress your muscles. Cardio can also burn up muscle. Depending on the intensity, that is a lot of cardio if you are trying to build muscle.

up calories by 10%, weight train in an antagonistic split 4x a week, lay off the cardio
