    Oct. 04.....+.50 So much for staying in the black this month.

    Oct. 11..... -.75 lbs, I am in the black again.

    Oct. 18.......+.75 Gained back what I lost last week.

    Oct. 25...... -.50 loss.

    I turtled this month. I will try for a loss again next month.

    Oct 2 - lost .75# It's small, but any loss is GREAT!!!!
    9 - gained 2.25#
    16 - excused .... big school meeting for dd
    23 - gained 1#
    30 - Lost 2#

    Ended up with a small gain of .5#. Yes, a loss would have been nice, but that small gain isn't too bad. Let's go for November!!!

  • This sounds like a great idea. Count me in! It was my first weigh-in after re-joining TOPS last week, so I have lost water weight the first week. But it has given me incentive to keep on going!

    Oct. 2: -12.75 lbs. (yep... 12.75. I was surprised, too!)
    Oct. 9: - 4 lbs.
    Oct. 16: -3.5 lbs.
    Oct. 23: -1.75 lbs.
    OCt. 30: -2.75 lbs.

    I did it, I did it!! A whole month with NO GAINS!!!
