Day 1 - New Challenge (I'm PUMPED!)

  • Okay...hope I'm not stepping on any toes here, but I'm PUMPED for this new challenge!

    Food: 2 points (I did a GREAT job - stopped eating when I wasn't hungry anymore!)

    Water: 1 point (yay me! )

    Exercise: I know we're tracking once a week, but I need to do this or I will lose track...I walked 16 minutes (8 out, 8 back - my goal is 15 min. a day)

    Exercise: my goal is to exercise in one form or another everyday so I'm going to report my exercise points daily rather than once a week - 1pt

    I think I found the place! By accident Now if I can only find it again

    BTW, here are a few questions...what does the yellow lightbulb mean, a green envelope - and the red word sticky? Guess I really need to browse the help section

    Anyway to my report -

    Food - On target One Point?
    Water - On target One Point?
    Exercise - One target

    All in all, day one got me *pumped* too to continue forward!
  • I will say if monday was the first day i got 0 for eating 0 for water and the exercise (which i did) will be counted in later
  • HELLO IS THIS CHALLENGE ALREADY STARTED ,OR CAN I STILL GET IN ON IT ,IF SO WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO PLEASE LET ME NO OK PATTI
  • Patty, this challenge just started on Monday, so you can still get in.. Here is how it goes (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

    You get two points daily for staying on plan in food (for me that is WW 24-29 points)

    You get one point daily for drinking your specificied amount of water (for me 100 ounces)

    You get seven points weekly for exercising as planned. (for me 5 times a week) or 1 point for each day you do exercise.
