It doesn't work!Do any of you have some good advice on what I should do? Any of you have issues with this? I know I have my age working against me, my skin sags all over. My boobs? lets not go there!

Seriously, I would appreciate input on this area. Have any of you toned up the sagging skin, how did you do it, how long did it take?
What types of exercises did you do?


We live out in the country and I wear sleeveless tops at home but change into something with sleeves when going into town. I can see how someone that was heavier have excessive skin but my arms were never heavy. I think the saggy skin came from 'too late arm exercises' and also from my skelton/bones shrinking from old age. Let that be a wake up call for you younger gals, DON'T STOP EXERCISING YOUR ARMS! I keep my 5# weights at my computer desk and get in some reps while reading emails, recipes, etc.
