Potato Wedges

  • 1 oz of Russet Potatoes is 27 calories. I take a potato or two and cut it into steak fries size wedges. I put them in a bowl and drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (60 cals) and then rub the evoo all over them. Then I sprinkle either sea salt or season salt and continue to rub salt and the evoo all over. Bake on 400 for 30 minutes or until browned. Super yummy and filling. I eat 3-4 ozs as a serving.
  • I sorta do something like that but I use sweet taters and no oil, just some Pam cooking spray

    mmm think I have have to try this tonight with my yams!
    I have done it before with new potatoes, not sure why I have never thought to do it with anything else.
  • I do this with sweet potatoes then toss with splenda cinnamon and fresh grated nutmeg. YUM
