How were your results at the end of the program. This is my second time doing it and because Ive been working out for the past year it feels so good to run. Im just curious though, for those who have finished the program what was the results like for you. How much did you lose? How long were you able to jog? How about your time and whatever else you would like to say that u want.
Today I ran for five mins straight and Im pretty happy about that. Ive never been a runner/jogger but these days im so motivated to become one!

My weight loss has sped up this month, but my overall activity level has increased this month too.
