Can a person have club soda on the Atkins plan? It has no calories or carbs but sodium. I would like to know.

Gee, Loon2 - sorry not to respond sooner. Club Soda is just fine on Atkins. Lower sodium ones are available.

Hi Loon - I live between two lakes and love to hear their cries as they "commute". Yes, they will be leaving here soon and will be very welcome back in the spring. We are lucky to live near such loon-friendly waters.
