Hey everyone!
Looking for support and motivation. I'm 35 years old and weigh 224 lbs. I just started walking/jogging today to lose around 80 lbs. I thought there was a runner's forum on here, but I can't find it. Anyways, I'm also planning to do my 10-Minute Trainer DVD's in addition to the walk/jog combo.
And has anyone had weight loss success with jogging to lose that amount of weight? How long did it take you? How did your body look afterward? Were you pleased with the results? I have LOTS of questions for you!!!!
