Weekly Weigh-in Thread 6/11 - 6/17

    I lost 1.4 pounds this week, but it was kind of strange. All week long I was weighing in at 222, which would have been a gain, and yesterday morning I was 223. Eek! (I was 220.4 last Friday). Then I woke up at 5am (I wake up lots, since I cosleep with a toddler!) and I weighed 220.6. I was disappointed at the little gain, but I weighed myself again when I got up for the day at 8am, and it was 219.0! I'm taking that one!
  • This morning, I weighed in at 224. I just started working out today, so I have no loss to report from the previous week. Hopefully when I weigh in next Saturday, I will have a LOSS to report! Good luck and Happy Weight Loss everyone!

    I remember one time (I think it was in 2001) when I had lost 50 pounds and around the same time I took my dog to the vet. They weighed him and he weighed 50 pounds, and it was so amazing to me that I had lost the weight of my dog! 50 pounds is a huge accomplishment, so congratulations to you!!

    Oh wow! That must have been such a great way to be able to literally view how much you have lost! Congrats!!!
  • I'm down .8 this week. Retained a ridiculous amount all week and then it melted off plus a little. I'm just happy to not report a gain. Sunburns really really throw my body off. Hopefully next week will be better. I have a goal of 169 by July 4th.

  • I'm 147 now, I'm 6 pounds away from my goal of hitting 141 by the end of July. I know I can make it but lately I've been totally slacking on exercise, I've been in an intense 4 1/2 week summer term at school and have only exercised about 3 times since it started at the end of May!! Eeek! I gotta get goin so I can get these pounds OFF!
  • I am down 2 pounds to 191.5. I have a bad sunburn from this weekend that I am struggling with, so yesterday was the first day I've exercised this week. Hopefully it'll heal up so I can get back to it.
