    I am 25 and came across this board and think it is fantastic. I am currently about 151(gotta double check tomorrow morning). I started at 170 and just by eating better lost about 20 pounds. I have now started exercising(walking for now) and am wanting to lose more. I can see there is a lot of support here and that is what I need. Especially, when it comes to exercising. I am really excited I found a place like this.
  • Welcome and great job on the weight loss so far. I too lost around 20 then started exercising. I've lost a few pounds more, not much, but people are really noticing. I'm beginning to wonder if it's the exercising helping me tone up. I got a few comments before, then the other day at work I literally had everyone talking about the weight I had lost, even though I was only a few pounds lighter than the previous week.   • Welcome. Since Chicks can be overwhelming at first, I suggest you look for a support group or challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated. Find one you like that fits your needs, or inspires you, and just post to join.
