
I can't imagine you are doing anything
wrong per se. I wouldn't think this was "normal" after losing 65 pounds. I'm not sure what to tell you since I'm sure you already know all the stand-by answers (water weight, muscle repair weight, bowels, etc.) Are you feeling constipated lately? That would be my best guess and if that's the case, you should of course consume more fiber.
Is it time to change things up? Maybe try zig zagging calories?
I don't know, but what great perseverance you have!! And such patience! I know it's frustrating, but this too shall pass, as they say. Just keep working the plan and it WILL work for you, just as it already has.
Maybe change the battery in you scale?
