As of today, I have officially reached my goal of 145 (ok, technically it is 145.5, but I'm taking it as having reached "the number"). I have a long way to go in terms of overall health & fitness, but I am finally comfortable with the scale.

Some day I'll get the courage to post my weight loss saga - from reading, it sounds like so many others. In the meantime, I just need a place to scream out loud: I DID IT!!!!
