Any ideas?I get up at 3am & walk around 1:30pm(go to bed about 9-9:30)I also need help spreading out my calories during the long day.I have a break around 7,lunch around 9,get off @1.

I know for me, if my lunch was at 9 I'd be STARVING by 1 pm and probably ready to eat anything in front of my face after a walk! lol.
