Alright it's that time again.... I decided to bump it up to a full month vs. just the 3 weeks so this months challenge will be for the month of June.
I pledge 19 work outs over the next 30 days for 45 minutes each.
And yes this will start TOMORROW (seeing how today is Memorial Day).
