Only to have it leave you miserable and hurting?
I made room today for real mac and cheese. Saved a whole 450 calories for it. If I didn't know better I'd think I have food poisoning I'm so miserable. My body just doesn't like the fat I think.


I saved 300 calories so I could have a nice piece and it did taste good but I felt so sick afterward. I have been off sugar and refined carbs for awhile. It hit me so hard I had to have a nap! I learned from that though
