I see a lot of threads for different weight "decades", so I'm wondering if anyone else is stuck in the 220s like me! It's so frustrating to be stuck here when I was 165 just a few years ago and thought I had this problem licked! That's what eating too much during a pregnancy will do for you, I guess!
I'm really having a tough time getting out of the 220s. Just when I think I'm making progress, the scale jumps around again regardless of how consistent I am with my efforts. Ack! I guess I need to drop my calories lower but I worry about doing that because I'm still nursing. I'd like to wean (my little boy is nearly two), but I don't want to push it too hard. I'm of the "don't offer/don't refuse" school of weaning.
Anyway, anyone else trying to get past 220?




But I wanna buy some new clothes and I don't wanna have to look in the Plus Sizes section to do it!
