I know your frustration! I get to 218 ususally and go back up! I havent seen 215 since high school! I was 219 on saturday but gained 3 back over memorial day weekend and I was careful too! Oh well, Im back to it today.

I'm so, so close to the teens. 220.4 this morning. This has been one of the longest, hardest decades in my weight loss.

Yay! I'm 219.0 today! When I weighed myself at 5am, I was 220.6, but at 8am, I was 219.0 (and all I did between those times was sleep), so I'm taking that one!

I am also stuck here, very frustrating, very very annoying, but I must be doing some things wrong, because there is a science to weight loss and the numbers add up somehow.

My goal for this month is to get below 220, maybe get to 212. That would be great for me now, I've been in a plateau for too long!
