Carolina girl looking for friends and support. Started a liquid protein diet yesterday and plan to lose 100# in the next 100 days or bust! Have had knee problems and will do whatever it takes to prevent surgery!! As a fat chick have been isolated from developing many friends and could use a few kicks in the butt from someone who cares.

I am not sure what the liquid diet consists of but 100 pounds in 100 days seems pretty drastic and unhealthy to me.

hi, thanks for replying. it is just what i needed ... someone to show interest in me. i am married but my husband belittles me. what goes around comes around. thanks again. bye the way i have lost 6# since monday. i am sure most of it is water but that's okay. i slept better with less pain and walked with less discomfort. has anyone had the synvase injection for bad knees. i was told it is 50/50%chance as to whether it works. it costs 700 dollars a shot! that be okay but i am concerned it may hurt going in - worse than cortisone. i have had injections severaul times with cortisone but they do not last. thanks again for your support. bye the way something funny happened to me tonight. my dog took me for a spill! it was hilarious. my pride was hurt more than anything! felt like humpty dumpty!
