Dee~how did the counseling session go? I hope you were able to resolve some issues.

I had the test done yesterday. The technician was completely mum. She wouldn't tell me anything. She kept returning to one place on the screen that showed up bright red and would then take a still picture of it. She also video taped the entire procedure. It has to be sent off to the cardiologist and then I will be notified by mail as to the results. Hurry up and wait!
Dee, you asked about my blood pressure. It is extremely low. It usually avereages around 78 over 56. I stay cold all the time, just like Gayle!

Ramona I find when my blood pressure drops that is when there is more of a chance of me felling like blacking out or blacking out. Try not to bend over with your head down. Hope all the results come back ok. I know that this is a worry I have been there. Take it easy until you find out what is going on.

Well the session last night went ok. We didn't resolve much.Jason feels like we have abandoned him. I feel really sorry for him because he is under a lot of stress from him course at collage. He can only cope with one stressful thing at a time. I told him that we would all be happier if he had an apartment. I said that I could help him with setting it up. He just wants to come home. He is willing to try again but he said his effert will be going to school first and he didn't know if he would put much into trying. So what a mixed message that is. As for Dez the councilor wants us to try to pretend that she is a guest here and for her to pretend that we are her hosts. We are to play this game as long as possible. Our next appointment is next tuesday. We are not sure if Jay will go.

Well I hope you all have a good day. My sister from the country Gail is coming in and we are going out for lunch. I am sure she will fill me in more on her and Ed. I think that Ed is back on the road again.

Any of you girls survivor fans? Starts tonight 8:00 eastern time. I will have to tape the show. Dez is receiving an award for A Honour roll at school for last years performance. We are fortunate that both are children are gifted.

Ben just called from K-9 school and he had me laughing so hard I was in tears. They got their "dogs". They were big ammo cans with leashes tied on. They had to pet them and baby talk them just as if it were a real dog. I would love to see that! A bunch of big tough soldiers petting ammo cans!!!! LOL They get their real dogs tomorrow. Ben's is a 90 pound Belgeium Shepherd.

I did not stay OP today. In fact I have had a rough week!!!!! My clothes are tight, and I have a trip next week and 3 days of a Regional convention the next. I think first thing in the A.M. I am making a big pot of low point veggi soup. Maybe if I just eat that for a few days, it will get me back on track.

Debbie I am so proud of you. Way to go keeping your hands of the naughty treats. You have it right though that you have to go out and get some safe treats.
Gayle survivor was really good last night. I am not into watching much on tv except the news and movies. So this is a treat when there is a show I can look forward to weekly. Did you make your soup today? I made a big pot of chicken noodle. My points have been at the high end so I think that today I need to go lower.
