I have PCOS as well. Glad to know I am not alone in the slow loss! Like I said above I am averaging like 1.2 lbs a week. Like you said, every body is different. I feel like same way when they are trying to convince me I am cheating!
Some people will loose 5 lbs some people will loose .5 lbs. That is why the average is 2-5 not everyone looses that way.
