The past few days I have been trying to have a fast breakfast (kids are demanding in the morning) so I ate a bowl of cereal and some fruit. I have struggled all day long on those days with wanting to eat like a pig! Today I took the time to make myself an omlet with 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg (I need that yolk
) 2 slices of ham and a slice of 2% cheese. (I also ate a slice of cheese and a slice of ham in the process of making my food)... it came to about the same calories as the cereal and fruit.. but was all protien.I just realized it has been 2 1/2 hours since I ate it and I'm not hungry at all! The past few days, an hour after I ate I was STARVING for more!

Not hungry at all til lunch! yay!
