I need my breakfast otherwise I turn into a real crank.
I remember throughout middle & high school, I'd use my lunch money and buy candy for breakfast. oy vey

Never worked out well for me, because I'd crash by 10.
I tend to eat a substantial breakfast, high in protein and/or fiber. It helps me survive to lunch time (which I can eat a light meal and not feel deprived).
I also need my coffee in the morning, but that's an entirely different story!
