  • I was here a few years ago. I lost 40+ pounds then.

    I am up 15-20 now. I need it gone and permanently so I am on the wagon.

    I have fibromyalgia, possibly lupus, am lactose intolerant and possibly have PCOS lol

    So exercise is difficult because of the pains, but I am trying. Right now I am doing sit ups. I am going to try to start walking either in the mornings or in the evenings...or both. I have 3 dogs and I could rotate them.

    I am doing a lower carb thing. 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat.

    It keeps enough carbs for energy and for my body to use but low enough for me to lose weight.

    You did it before and you can do it again! You have more hurtles in the way of your success, but that shouldn't stop you from getting what you want. Once you've reached your goals, you'll be even more of an inspiration to everyone who knows what you're going through. We're glad you're here!!! :-)
