I was here a few years ago. I lost 40+ pounds then.
I am up 15-20 now. I need it gone and permanently so I am on the wagon.
I have fibromyalgia, possibly lupus, am lactose intolerant and possibly have PCOS lol
So exercise is difficult because of the pains, but I am trying. Right now I am doing sit ups. I am going to try to start walking either in the mornings or in the evenings...or both. I have 3 dogs and I could rotate them.
I am doing a lower carb thing. 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat.
It keeps enough carbs for energy and for my body to use but low enough for me to lose weight.
