its making me mad lol. i have been OP since thurs, preparing myself to actually go to the meeting this sat. i think my TOM is right around the corner and its killing me.so..what do you all do to get you thru those days you cant seem to stay satisfied??
part of the problem might be i didnt eat my yogurt at breakfast as i have the last 6 days..i also didnt have my soup at lunch as i have been. i think those were two mistakes i made since im usually pretty "full"after my lunch.

i love this forum!! so many good ideas!! im eating the popcorn with splenda, spray butter, and cinnamon right now. it seems to be keeping me from eating anything that isnt OP. i need will-power dust
