I am
slowly learning how to eat healthy. Like I ate healhty all day and I got home and ate chips and a small bag of gummi's, and starting watching tv. On Oprah i saw Russell Crow and I was like wow! stars dont eat gummi's and chips they look great. So i decided i woud pig out and not eat that tomorrow. Before the show, I was only at 900 calories and doing great. Sometimes I forget its calories not what kind. So if i eat sugar sometimes i freak out and think i have failed for the day. Do you guys feel this way???
