Kaylin's Accountability

  • Hey all, I hope you don't mind if I keep a running accountability post here... I know 3FC has blogs, but I've used them before and I just don't care for them much. I hope to do a daily post about how I did for eating and exercising, and then post progress stuff weekly or so.

    My current stats:
    Height - 5'1"
    Weight - 118.6lbs
    BMI - 22.4
    Arms - 10.75"
    Tummy - 34"
    Hips/Butt - 37"
    Thighs - 21.25"

    Goal stats:
    whenever I like what I see!
    I'm trying to tone up, nix the flab, and do it in a healthy way.

    I want to post progress pics here too but I don't have enough posts yet to be allowed. I'll put them up in a few days!

    My healthy diet and exercising starts bright and early in the morning! (And the fight will go on as long as it has to!)
  • Day 1
    Food:
    Lunch (454) = peanut butter and honey toast (204), butter toast (130), italian ice (120), water (0)
    Dinner (1207) = bacon cheeseburger (370), fries (490), Hawaiian punch (300), cinnamon stick (47)
    Snack = coffee (10)

    Exercise:
    15 min walk (-65)

    Thoughts:
    Well, I learned my lesson about fast food really quickly! Dad and I went grocery shopping and he wanted to get fast food for dinner, and I should have gotten a salad or something healthier, but I caved. That's a lot of calories for not a lot of filling.
