Great low points soup in a box!

Had the Uncle Ben's Broccoli Cheese soup today (added broccoli to it for more veggies) and it is only 2 points per cup!! There are about 3 c. in the box and it makes a great lunch for about 1.5 c. of soup and a nice whole grain roll.

I added chopped broccoli, carrots and 1 pt worth of chicken.. very filling!
