I reached my 30 pound goal today!! I am so excited and proud of myself.

I even accomplished this goal while back on prednisone for yet another respiratory infection! YAY me!

Congrats.. I know how hard medicine makes it to loose.. My mom is a diabetic and struggles with this.. Bonus, she has been able to lower most of her medication..
